2) Talent Identification

We conduct in-depth research on passive candidates and contact them in the most discreet and appropriate way.

3) Talent Sifting

We narrow down the talent database to generate the long list of suitably qualified candidates.

4) Talent Harvesting

Focusing on identifying the best candidates for the short list, interviews are conducted using a variety of channels depending on mission parameters of seniority and volume of hires.

5) Talent Assessment and Recommendation

Our filtering and identification methods can include performance assessments and psychological, aptitude, numeracy and literacy testing. These results are calibrated against organisational or industry benchmarks. If Video Screening has been used in earlier stages of the assessment process, we will make the video profiles of every short-listed candidate available to you, prior to setting up your own interviews.
